Things I don't understand:
• Hate
• Fear
• Addiction
• Why it is okay to make your child feel like it is their fault your self image is totally screwed up.
• Mothers that insist (also here) that their eight-year-old have eyebrows "like a supermodel" and a bikini wax. (I thought mothers thought their children were beautiful and perfect...)
• Why I can’t just review or edit books for a living (life is supposed to be perfect, right?)
• How someone so young can be so brilliant.
• That someone that is genuinely good and amazing in many ways does exist.
• Unhappiness
• Why I am so negative lately.
• Leaving
• Selfishness
• Why people just assume that people are in love with them.
• How someone can be in love with someone else if it isn’t requited.
• How a best friend can disappear and never talk to you again when he just decides to start his life completely over.
• Why everyone doesn’t embrace their genius.
• Real true friends that are there no matter what and always, always want to see you.
o Why if some people can get to that point, I can’t.
• How someone can be so beautiful and be so incredibly unhappy with the way she looks.
• The art (Also: here and here) that makes you physically ill because the artist is that brilliant and you love it that much.
